Needed MAJOR modifications to all the brackets. Out the box looked to be a fairly decent part, after installing wouldn't recommend. The rear bracket for the hanger was hitting the frame/floor pan and was making a terrible vibration (hum), and had to be cut just to get it to fit correctly. Was in a pinch and had to get it done, can't even return the item since I had to "make it work" Don't even think it has fixed the issue. Regret not going with a factory replacement part
