I purchased this autoclave (Getidy JY-16), hoping it would be reliable, but it has been a frustrating experience from day one. The machine constantly shows Error 12, fails to build pressure (never goes beyond 0.1 bar), and the door locking system is unreliable. I’ve already cleaned all the valves, checked the vacuum pump, and verified the heating element is working, but the autoclave still doesn’t complete a proper cycle.Worse, there’s no real support from the seller. The only help I received was vague advice like “check the drainage,” with no clear diagrams or follow-up. For a medical-grade device, this is unacceptable.I don’t recommend this product for any serious professional use. Save yourself the time, money, and stress — invest in a more reputable brand with actual technical support.
