I had this Kensington SD4760P docking station up and running in a jiffy. The dock’s power cord and USB-C connection cable are included. It’s essentially plug-and-play, and I connected it to a laptop via USB-C at 100W of power. There were no problems on the laptop hardware side or with Windows. Chrome OS, macOS, and Windows are supported. I was connected to my network via wired RJ-45, and had dual HDMI monitors connected via HDMI on the docking station (no HDMI cords are provided. Network speed was fine. The docking station has three HDMI ports, which gives this docking station some extra flexibility. Note that in the multi-monitor setup, only one monitor can display at 4k, the others will be 1040. There are 6 USB-A ports, two in front and four in back, perfect for attaching all those accessories. A 3.5mm jack in the front supports microphones and headphones. Kesington has a solid web presence and likely has excellent support. The dock comes with a three-year warranty. The docking station is priced pretty well for what you get, as long as you plan on connecting to just HDMI monitors, which makes it a solid business choice, but not the best for gaming. Nonetheless, it operated just fine, without issue.

Picked this up to clean up my wife’s desk setup while she’s in school and juggling a ton of stuff. She’s using an M1 MacBook and this thing just works - plug in one cable and she’s got her laptop charging, extra monitors hooked up, Ethernet, USB accessories, all of it. It handles two 1080p monitors and a 4K TV at once with no weird lag or drama, which is exactly what we needed. The extra USB ports are perfect for her flash drives and whatever random devices she needs to plug in. Charging through it works well too - no need to run her laptop charger separately. Setup was quick and we haven’t had any weird compatibility issues. It’s made everything way more efficient and way less cluttered on the desk. Really impressed with this thing
