Ich habe zwei Felgen für mein Elektrofahrrad bestellt. Eine Felge war defekt, die Naht war zu etwa 50 Prozent ungeschweißt. Ich habe höflich darum gebeten, es durch ein funktionierendes zu ersetzen, aber sie haben mir höflich erklärt, dass das normal sei und ich sicher fahren kann, und es wurde nichts ersetzt. Dies war mein erster und letzter Einkauf auf dieser Website.
