I ordered this item for my 2 17.5 yr old cats, one of which has arthritis, thinking I was getting 2 boxes for $70. (Expensive but worth it). When I received the order, it only contained 1 litter box. The item clearly stated it was a 2 pack …..can I please have another one? Thank you.Update: The seller reached out to me and made a great effort to make things right. It was just a simple shipping error/mistake. They made sure I received a 2nd box . I highly recommend them and the product.

We have several cats, and our old and arthritic cat had trouble getting into regular large litter boxes. These are much lower and are large enough to handle our crew. They seem to have helped a great deal. Only complaint was the price, but for us it was 100% worth it.

The quality, size and height is perfect for small animals that are older and or having medical issues. Having 2 in the package for pricing is unbelievable - I was so grateful. The litter box texture makes it easy to clean. The box is big/awkward to carry out to clean or move, not heavy. Best advise to give is do not put a lot of cat litter in the box. The product comes with an excellent scooper/good quality and does not bend and is long handled. I highly recommend this product.

As my cat got older he started pooping outside the box. I tried changing everything! The litter, the box, more litter, another box, vet appt to see if an infection, moved and new box and litter..........4 months after moving started pooping on floor again so it had to be behavior......so reading up on this... many bought due to old fat cat issues too so what the heck... one last try to see if it's the box due to old age. I'm so excited to say, it's been 2 weeks and has not pooped on floor since. We will see if it's long lasting but if not it won't be due to the box but to my old fart cat lol I think he loves the space and low sides. I will say tho...the low sides cause him to pee over one side but that's understandable and an easy fix. I use a big rubber Matt underneath and just wash when I need too.

Our senior cat was having problems with accidents on the floor. We realized that it was hard on his hips to climb into his old litter box. This one, with a low, wide opening is perfect, and now - no more accidents.

Kitty still enters and exits the higher areas of this box, but that is now his option. Disadvantage is that kitty plays in it and it's easier to scatter little everywhere. Another disadvantge is that the boxes are much heavier than I expected. I don't understand the reasoning for that, other than they can charge more and it makes for good marketing. It is a little harder to clean because it is bigger than a usual box, but that's kind of the point. Being heavier though makes it harder to clean because I have arthritis and it hurts bending over or to pick it up.

Love this litterbox, you'd think there would be more in Canada like this, but nope. Very good deal; though pricey you are paying for the concept too. Big square 24x20 much better than a cattle chute style.

Pros: great size & height is perfect for senior cats.Cons: not non-stick. Some plastic boxes are made with a non-stick surface but not these. I used Slide litter & that also stuck. A huge pain to clean even when done on a daily basis & a huge waste of big $$$$. I’m switching to stainless steel, which is totally worth the cost since litter slides out & stainless does not retain odors. Live & learn.Con: I was only sent one of two & the seller referred me back to Amazon & the seller also wanted me to prove that only one was shipped by sending a photo of the invoice in the box. The invoice showed two but only one was in the box. Thank you Amazon for believing me & sending the second box, although now both will be donated to a shelter.

I love how you get two for the price of one. This has really helped my senior cat when going to the bathroom, still taking me awhile to remember how low it is when I'm cleaning the litter box but other than that I'm very happy with it!

Yeah, they're not cheap, but apparently there's still something to be said for being "made in the U.S.A."Having let my bobcats previously try three other types of litter boxes the NE14pets beach sand color boxes win paws down. Not only are they decent sized allowing the cats to move around without stepping on their daily deposits, because of their seemingly non-stick properties they also are extremely easy to clean with a good nozzle hose. Unlike the other boxes they've used, these boxes actually seem to be very stain resistant allowing them to retain a fresh look when used again after cleaning.Cats gotta go so you might as well spend the extra bucks and save yourself some cleaning time and hassle. I go through 40 pounds of litter and swap a pair of these boxes out every two weeks for two clean ones, and the cats haven't complained yet so all is well so far...

I bought two of these litter boxes for my cats, both older kitties. My one cat (11 years old ) is still recovering from surgery on his left knee and has not been able to use his hind legs for a few months. Most times I help him get into the litter box. However, there have been multiple times where he has gotten into & out of the litter box on his own. Since the front is lower he is able to get into the box & since it is nice and big, he has enough room to maneuver around even without being able to use his hind legs. My other cat that is 13, has no issues using the litter box, she seems to have an easier time gettin in & out of the box. Even with the lower sides, the litter stays in the box & doesn’t get flung outside of it when they are covering their business. 😺
