The horn has a very strong sound if it is working properly. Unfortunately, most the time it sounds like only one horn is functioning. Going to send this one back

Pretty solid construction great looking. Mounted behind the bumper of my service truck because it's single trumpet on the cab wasn't enough for me, wired to my city horn with a switch to disable if I want(because DOT regulations). It sounds great very loud with a small air line from my primary tank. Honestly likely going to buy another for my pickup.

Heavy duty metal horns (not plastic junk like the cheepo kits), mounting kit and solenoid worked fine. Scared he crud out of my buddy, even after I told him about them! My only concern it that there is no mounting provision on the horn opening end although I could get creative with some plumbers tape. These are pretty heavy and I use these off road. Will they hold up to miles and miles of rough dirt roads? We'll see, but so far I love them! Price it right too. Understand that you need an air source onboard! I saw some bad reviews that complained about this... well, they need air (they're AIR HORNS) and it's got to come from somewhere. Did these people think an OBA system is included for less than $70? C'mon now...

These horns make alot of noise considering their size! Work great on my 2000 F350. I already had a Viair on-board air system, so I just plumbed these horns into my existing air lines. The solenoid is super easy to wire once you realize that it doesn't matter which wire you use for ground. The other wire just run to a momentary push-button switch, then to 12v source and you're in business! Lots of people mention having issues finding a mounting location. I have a lifted crew cab long bed F350 so no issues finding a mounting location.

** one year update: the included Kleinn solenoid failed. Replaced it with a 1/2" npt generic 12v air valve solenoid for about $10. The horn has more depth and guts to the sound for sure. Go ahead and upgrade the solenoid. Otherwise the horn has been great.Really great tone! Loud and clear with plenty if oomph. The best value for loud air horns. Not a "train horn"Not as deep as a real semi truck horn - they're typically about 30" long and therefore deeper. Not like a fire truck - thats a grover stutter tone, you tube it.But - seriously, best value for "real" airhorn. Really nice trumpet like tone, plenty deep to get the attention if that deaf blue hair in the ultra sound proof mercedes.Had on truck for months now and they do great. More volume at 150psi then 120psi.

I got pretty lucky when I ordered mine. They were basically $12.99 shipped. As soon as I saw the price was that low I went ahead and jumped on it. Planned on ordering more but they changed the price to the original price.Anyway I installed this on my 2012 VW GLI since I have air suspension in my car which means I have an air compressor with dual 480c comps going to a 5 gal aluminum tank. Both the wires that came out of the seloniod were both red so it doesn't matter which one is the ground and which one is positive. It'll still work on either combination. Took a while to find a place to mount this since the horns are pretty long and I don't have much room to with in my car. Finally after much time looking for one. I found a spot that's perfect for the air horn. Ran a 1/4 DOT airline from the selenoid to the rear going in my air tank and also ran the positive electrical wire from the selenoid inside my car to a switch. And a line that's coming from my battery is also connected to the switch. Also installed a 3amp in line fuse since I just want to be in the safe side.Anyway, these horns are so loud! They're not kidding. Sounds like a truck horn too. Not bad for the price. I love this horn.
