I have all kinds of rulers.....so need to be prepared- got this and LOVE IT!!!! Use it for sewing/quilting/applique and & paper projects!!

I was very disappointed to find that this item will not cinch down as small as I need it to. It is very stiff so, although it has the holes the entire length, it will not bend to a small diameter. Even at a large diameter, the first time I snapped it together, one of the teeth broke off.
