The look and feel are nice, but function is not so good. The “knob” falls off in your hand each and every use, and the stopper won’t stay in the full open position while draining unless you keep pressure on the “knob”.

It’s an orginal product from Kohler. New issues easy to install. Just had to adjust the screw at the bottom of the tub stopper to adjust for the rotation of the open close valve.

This "open box" item was in near perfect condition...at about 1/10 the cost of new retail. My questions were answered almost immediately and pictures provided. Will post pictures after it has been installed in new tub, in new house. Excellent all around.

This was not a user friendly product for install and the plumber said it was not compatible for my bathtub setup. I spent $100 on this item but now can't return it just because its a few days past 30 day return policy. Can't believe there would not be an exception while there are so many delays in home renovation these days that everything is on back-order and taking longer than expected wait times. As the customer are supposed to be patient to receive our products and yet Amazon won't work with me past 30 days to return after all of my purchases?

This was installed in a Kohler tub. Beautiful trim but the directions could be better. Once installed and finally adjusted its great. It took some figuring out to get the adjustment right.

UPDATED: Upon further research and some trial/error, I was able to properly install. Be sure to loosen the set screw and unthread the black plastic piece a few times. I tried different settings until I got it looking right. It no longer falls out each time someone turns it.Looks nice but doesn't work well. Is missing required tools for proper install. Must purchase separately. Difficult to install and overly complicated for what it is. Would not recommend.

A nice drain handle, one that compliments our new Kohler tub. It is much nicer looking than the toggle lever our old tub had.I liked the idea of a rotary turn handle, but was concerned about how much effort it would take. It certainly requires less effort than our old toggle lever did.I was also concerned that this handle might obstruct the overflow drain and keep if from handling all the water the faucet could provide. We have strong water pressure (~90 psi) and I tested this and it passed with ease. With this handle in place, the overflow drain handled all of the water the faucet could provide.
