This torque wrench appears to be working fine. My only complaint is that sockets do not fit snuggly on the 1/4in. drive post (including my sockets and the adapter included with the torque wrench). I ended up having to wrap tape around the wrench post to keep sockets from falling off or pull off too easily.

Can't beat the price for what you get. It is very difficult to read the settings and ensure the torq is properly set. I found the lock screw sometimes will loosen, but do not see the setting changing in use so that may not be an issue. The settings are pressed into the chrome wrench & it was necessary for me to use a marker to fill them in wiping off the excess to leave the black ink in the engraved or pressed settings. Haven't tested the settings against a known standard so I can't address accuracy, but I must say that I use this without any worry on that respect.
