This brooch offers an elegant option to the common neckties. This brooch has soft ribbons and a bit of bling, as well. The brooch goes well with office attire, and can be worn with just about any blouse besides. While this looks best as an accent at the closed collar of formal shirts, the brooch can be worn on jackets, dresses, or even as a fascinator embellishment. The brooch is made well, with uniform ribbon colors, no glue strings and an embellishment firmly in place. The quality of this brooch is topnotch, and I am glad I ordered this.

One of my daughter's attaches this brooch on her Victorian-styled shirt, when she's cosplaying. My other daughter wears this on her more modern long-sleeved shirt for a K-Pop girl band look (see pic). It's smaller than we all expected, based on its Amazon product photos. It's really that it's narrower since it's about as long as depicted. It seems to work better this way for shirts with longer and narrower-gapped center collars anyway. This brooch has an interesting combination of pearls, clear gemstones and white ribbon. I thought having gold as its frame may make it all look even busier but it actually helps tame the big center design.Recommended.
