I assembled the base, then when I got to the top pieces to add the bar- their were pieces missing. Also- I specifically wanted a wooden bar, the description states the item is made from metal and wood. However the bar that came with this is fiberglass covered in a sticker to look like wood.Very dissapointed that because of these issues- my daughter did not have her main gift for Christmas morning. I will be returning.

The bars were a little wobbly but the seller worked with us on fixing the issue. Now they are better. Their customer service was excellent!

I decided to give this bar a chance even after reading some bad reviews, unfortunately we ran into some similar problems as other reviews. It came with missing bolts and some of the bars were too bent to use. I fortunately have a very handy husband and he was able to get it to work and our daughter loves it. It is very sturdy.

I lovvvve this product for my children. And after i opened the box and tried to set it up with my child, found out this very poorly weilded and poorly centered on weild plate. I still wanna keep this product. So do you wanna send me a replacement or partially refund me and i will take it to a professional weilder shop? Thanks. Please respond me as soon as possible. I will give you a 4 star. I planned to give 5 star if not because of this broken piece.
