I have hypersensitive skin and finding clothing I can wear is often a nightmare. I have been wearing these pants exclusively nearly 24/7 for all but the dressiest occasions and the hottest weather for more than 25 years. In fact, I wore size S (regular length) throughout a weight gain and loss of more than 100 pounds! I lost a few more pounds a couple of years ago and dropped down to XS. Perfect. However, I recently ordered another pair and was disappointed in the fit, again size XS-R. They're a little roomier my others, but I'm okay with that in such a casual pant. However, the legs are 5 inches too long and unwearable without cutting off and re-hemming. Hence, a 4-star rating for an otherwise 5-star product.CAVEAT: A word about sizing in general. As others have said, these run huge! My rule of thumb is to measure waist and hip, then use the size chart to locate that measurement as hip size (even if it's your waist) to identify the recommended size. Then drop 1-2 sizes.

Very disappointed in these Lands End pants have bought them before but this time the color is very faded for being black. In fact they didn;t even look like new pants. Will not buy them again.

Very nice, light, casual or gym slacks. Nice cut. I ordered Medium-Normal length. They were originally a little too long for me - I'm 5' 6". Surprised. (And I had first ordered Tall to make sure, but way too long.) But I washed (as I always do with new items) in warmer-hot mix and that seemed to shorten/shrink just enough to wear well.I do like them a lot for the way I will use them and may buy another maybe in a different color. I have the dark blue and really like that.Thank you.

I love these pants! The fabric is so soft and comfortable I ordered 2 more pair. They ran a size large for me, I would have returned the 1st pair for a smaller pair but I figured I would just wear that pair around the house. My skin has become so sensitive to many fabrics, but this fabric, my skin loves it. I will be watching for more colors to come out and when they do I will get them as long as they keep this fabric, after all it does appease my picky skin. If your looking for a soft comfortable pant with a comfortable waistband, fabric that washes and dries beautifully with no shrinkage theses are for you. The one pair I had hoped would shrink didn't, but isn't that the way it usually works. The shipper was quick in sending out my orders, absolutely no problems there. Very happy with these orders and deliveries. My only complaint, we need more colors.

The fabric on these pants is very nice. The construction is good with exception of the pockets. They flop and bulge, I think maybe poorly cut. I'm a tailor and will repair the pockets because I need the pants now. Also they are extremely large for designated size. I will also try to alter that.

I’m very pleased with the fabric used. Often cotton is woven so thin it’s flimsy or even see through. Not so with these pants. I ordered 2x and found them a big large and the length will definitely need to be shorter but that’s better than too tight and too short. I like the fully elastic waist and pockets and that they didn’t put a fake looking stitched crease down the legs like some do.

The pants are nice quality. I ordered the tall size in white, had to send the first pair I ordered back as they were HUGE. I ordered 2 sizes smaller and although they look nice, I think I could even go 1 size smaller as they have a lot of give in them. I will wear a top over them, as I think they would look awful to tuck any top in. They are not see through either.

I can't find these pants on the Lands' End website any more. These fit perfectly on my short chunky body, and if anything are better than the old Lands' End pants, because they have a stronger elastic waist, and don't tend to get baggy as they get older. They are also cheaper. Win-win!
