I might not be a kid anymore, but I do like picking up crafts I did when I was younger. It’s a fun way to relax and do something that doesn’t involve a screen.I was drawn to all the colors available in this set, and it does not disappoint! The iridescent colors are my favorite. The iridescent lanyard has the same shiny finish on both sides, so you don’t have to be careful while crafting.The lacing does feel a bit on the thin side. I tend to pull tight when working with it, and I noticed this lacing stretched easily when I did pull too tight.

I can't believe how many spools you get with this, 48 different colors and variations to use with several kinds of projects that you can hand weave with. Comes with 120 keychain findings for all your finishing needs. Brights, pastels, metallic/iridescent, and darks. So many colors to pick from and complement each other or customize for your friends and family with their favorites, the color combinations go on for days. Great for a classroom or group setting, scout troops, craft groups, and more. There will be something for everyone to pick from and should last a few uses with large groups. Single-use or smaller-group use will last much longer.To find out how to make different projects with this string, you can look up Gimp or Rexlace on youtube and there will be a plethora of styles of weaving there to pick from. Don't be afraid to try this out for the first time, it seems difficult but it is not that hard once you watch tutorials, the hard part will be picking out the colors you want to use.Tie snug, but pull too hard the knot will break so be careful this happens with all plastic strings. You can melt it with a candle or lighter for a few seconds and cool it under cold water for a more secure knot or use some glue if you are worried about it coming undone. There are probably tutorials on this as well. Making sure the knot is secure will keep your project from unraveling and needing to be redone.
