This is a large calculator with large, responsive buttons and an easy-to-read display. It comes with an AA battery, but has been performing adequately using solar power. Overall, no complaints.

Perfect calculator for small hands or aging eyes! My youngest is obsessed with his older siblings calculators and always wants to use them whenever they are being pulled out to work on math. I was hoping to find a good calculator for him to play with while his siblings did their work. This fit the bill perfectly! The large display makes it easy for him to see the numbers and the large buttons make it easy for him to hit the number he is after. It's a nice sturdy calculator that does well with his random fumbles and tumbles. He carries it with him all over the house now adding and subtracting any number he can think up!This calculator is simple, unlike his siblings scientific calculators, but is great for older people who are struggling to see small print... me, I am already starting to hold books far away to read to my kids! It also works great as an office desk calculator as you don't need to hunch forward nor pick it up to use it. It's cheap, it works. Can't ask for more!

What is an office without a desk calculator? Answer: Less efficient. At least, in my estimation. Here's why. Although there's a calculator app on my phone, sometimes, many times, most times, having a calculator with LARGE DIGIT DISPLAYS is the difference. I like that the buttons are LARGE and the Two-Way power is handy in that it takes the worry out of having a power outage during crucial times ( which is usually the case). However, batteries are INCLUDED, which makes it even better! I never realized how much I needed this calculator until I ordered this one. The MEMORY BUTTONS are efficient for business calculations ( like tax season or invoicing etc). It is lightweight and the rubber feet prevent sliding. This calculator is an excellent choice at this price point. I recommend.

Ordered this LCD Display Calculator - Large Display Numbers - Solar or Battery Calculator for my spring, summer, and fall vending business. I have a small concession business and sell burgers, fries, and ice cream during warm weather months. I've had a small hand held calculator that just worked off solar and it finally quit working properly as it won't display all the numbers. Recently while shopping online for some cups, and vending supplies, I saw this table top, counter top size calculator that is a bit larger than hand held size, but still can hold it in my hands to work it.I started reading about it and that it operates on battery and/or solar. It has all the fractional mathematics, but simple math as well. It also has a 30% curved back to easily read the large numbers. After reading about all of the information, I knew it was the perfect calculator for my vendor business and ordered it. Love this nice calculator!.It's the perfect size for me. I like that it's a bit larger design. It's also small enough to use at my serving window and doesn't take up much space. It started working right out of the box without a battery. It also came with a battery.The simple math display is very easy and quick to use. Since I'm now a senior adult, the large numerical numbers display on the keys and also the screen is a big help to me as my eye sight is not like it was 20 yrs ago. Suppose that's part of getting old. Also like that it has (4) rubber small pads/feet on the bottom and sits on the counter very sturdy. They keep it from sliding all over the place. This is a keeper!. It easily earns a (5) star rating in my opinion

As I get older, my vision is not as good. That's why this nice big calculator is helpful. I can see all the buttons well. I don't need the advanced equation features, just the basics, but I'm sure many would find that useful. I can't speak to the battery life, as I've only used it for a week, but I don't think it uses much battery. This is a better device for calculations than using the calculator app on my phone.
