The Problem seems to be in the doors core. These cores soak up water and in a short time destroy the door. Read the warranty. The door must be protected by an overhang. I purchased two of these doors. One is okay. But that door was installed at the back of a covered porch. Also, the Larson website does not seem to provide an email address for access. I understand the reason for no access.Smile. I simply wanted to find out without filling out a wordy chat form, whether the company had solved the problem illustrated here in my photos. Does anybody know of a company that sells a quality door where this problem is solved? I need to replace the one in the photos.
