I just got my griddle going and I’m having flashbacks of working my McDonald’s days. I was tired of having a little scraper to scrape my entire 36 inch grill on top of it not doing that well so I bought this scraper and it’s industrial yet lightweight the blade is amazing quality and it works great I’m so glad I purchased this. It’s a must have for any griddle owner. My one warning for anybody would be to let you know that there is already one blade loaded onto the scraper so be very careful during unpacking because I cut my finger open.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this thing feels like it belongs in a professional kitchen. The long handle gives you great leverage, which makes it way easier to apply pressure without getting tired. I used it on a messy griddle after a big cook and it cut right through the grease and bits like nothing.The smaller scraper that comes with it is a nice bonus. I ended up using it for some detail work around the edges and it handled just fine. Both tools feel sturdy and balanced, not flimsy at all.Swapping out the blade is as easy as unscrewing the wing nuts and popping a new one in. It took less than a minute and felt really secure once it was back together.If you’ve got a Blackstone or any flat top grill, this is one of those tools that just makes the cleanup feel a lot more satisfying. You can definitely tell it was designed for actual use, not just for looks.
