da portare in cintura, ottima come custodia per pinze multiuso. forse un po ingombrante ma niente di ecclatante. consigliato.

Love it. Bought to replace a 4" Leatherman Molle sheath that blew out at the bottom with my Surge. The extra half inch (for 4.5") on this XL sheath is perfect. The sheath has SO MANY different pockets, slits, and straps, and is made with great thought and quality.I can fit both Leatherman bit paddles, my extension, two extra saw blades and two replacement files (each pair in the handy vinyl sleeves they come in, then slid into one of the many easily accessible pockets). At the same time, the sheath also holds a Bic lighter, a striker, a pen light, AND I STILL HAVE ROOM FOR MORE! Very happy with this product. I followed the idea from another reviewer and put a dabb of Shoe Goo around the drain eyelet on the bottom of the sheath. In my smaller 4" one, the eyelet fell out immediately and facilitated in Gian hole that eventually appeared. Even though this XL Molle Sheath seems to be built with better quality, I figured I wouldn't take a chance and used the Shoe Goo. Very happy :)

Second one I have purchased. First one lasted a couple years of abuse and held up ok. The sides eventually ripped and the Velcro stopped sticking. For the price and amount of abuse I have it I'm pretty happy. I wasn't able to find anything else that holds everything in one pouch. See my original review below for details about the pouch and what it holds. I also added some pictures of how I set mine up.Original review:I originally had the leather sheath for my Leatherman Surge. It worked well for a few months but the loop ripped and I almost lost my Leatherman. I wanted something that will hold all my accessories along with the multitool. This sheath holds my Surge, 2 sets of bits, the changeable file, and the bit extension. There are extra elastic straps on the sides where I carry a Streamlight Microstream and a Bic lighter. It is hard to tell from the amazon pics but there are 2 pockets that are between the closure flap and where the multitool is carried where you can put the 2 bit sets. The screw driver extension is carried in the loop strap on the back and I put the changeable file/saw blade in the loops behind the molle straps. This sheath works well and seems very durable. The only drawbacks I have found is for the first couple months the bits kept getting stuck in the pockets by loose nylon strings and had to be trimmed for a while, also it sticks out from my belt a bit. It is thicker than the leather sheath once everything is in it but it isn't enough to be too much of a problem.

It will probably survive us all.I got it for my Leather Wave (EDC), and I foolishly purchased the XL version, which has way too much wiggle room as a result. However the product is of excellent quality, and it sitting, waiting, for when I purchase a larger Leatherman.Take note; the Velcro flap not designed for quick access to the Leatherman within, but I bought it to keep it safe in active conditions. If you've any concerns about quality, loose them. This thing is the business.

I bought this with the intention of carrying a Leatherman Charge TTI tool, 2 bit kit trays, the bit extender, and a single cell flashlight. It comes close, but doesn't quite work for me. It seems sewn like a tank, and the belt loop options are great. However, it doesn't quite work as well as other Leatherman sheaths for my needs. First, the excellent belt attachment. There are four short horizontal straps (MOLLE, but I'm no expert on that) and a long vertical strap with a button. Weaving the vertical strap through the horizontal ones lets you create the belt loop thickness and placement you want. When I wove the vertical strap under the first and fourth horizontal ones, the resulting belt loop was perfect for vertical carrying - secure and low enough to not dig into my hip. Second - the velcro on the front is secure, yet the pull tab is big enough so that opening is easy as pie.The Charge fits in the main pocket - its deep, so there is some wasted space on top, but the design of the sheath is such that it's still very easy to get the multitool out quickly. The Charge is sllightly loose, but adding one bit kit tray makes it a secure, excellent fit. In front of the main pocket, there are two accessory slots - the second is neatly tucked between the velcro and the nylon. Each can fit one bit kit tray, but I could not get a bit kit tray in both at the same time - the nylon was too tight. I do not own a Surge, but I believe they are designed to hold the Surge saw/file blades, which are thinner than a bit kit tray. The alternative is to put one bit kit tray in a slot, and the other in the back main tool area, along with the Charge. However, it's impratical for actual use - everytime I went to put the Charge back in, the bit kit seems to move around and get in the way (unless, of course, I used two hands). The side elastics are very beefy and compress the sheath well. A AAA single cell flashlight (Inova XS) fits in the side if desired, as can the bit extender (although it will fall through if not clipped in). My AA single cell (Inova X1) would not fit it - perhaps if I worked in the elastic it might.

I received a Super Tool 300 for Christmas, which came with a leather snap case. The problem with the case was that it wasn't large enough for the tool, even though they came packaged together. I own a number of Leatherman products and was surprised by this. After checking the other reviews on this large nylon sheath, I decided to order it as a replacement. The Super Tool 300 fits perfectly in this case, even with an extra bit set inserted into the handy (and securely snug) pocket on the inside front of the case. There are also convenient elastic holders on either side of the case. I keep a bit driver extension on one side. You could probably fit a small AAA flashlight, like a Fenix E01 or something of similar size, in one of the side holders. I probably wouldn't trust these side holders enough to use them if I was wearing the sheath on a belt. I keep this in the glove box in the car, so I'm not as worried about things falling out. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this sheath. It also allowed me to give the case that came with the ST300 to my sister so she can keep her Rebar in it.
