I put this in my home office, and I noticed the change. It provides a comfortable resting place for my feet. It actually released tension in my back and neck that I usually have without even realizing it after working multiple hours. It stays put, I tried to move the location by sliding it and I could not move it. This was great not having to deal with the sliding around and actually had to pick it up to move it. I found that putting it on the flat side and resting was best for me - it can be flipped and used as a rocker but that did not do anything for me. Nice stiff foam and quality cover material. Something tiny that makes a big difference.

This is a comfortable knee pillow, it's taller than what I had and that has made a difference in my lower back. Good firmness. The little rubber dots aren't comfortable against skin, I put a tshirt over it.

My hubby has a habit of putting his feet up constantly when he sits, and always has something ad hoc (maybe a trash can) or appropriate (an actual foot rest) under his desk when he works.We had been looking for a second version of something very similar to this - a half-moon shaped, fairly low foot rest that was firm enough and durable enough for nearly daily use. Happy to say that this one is PERFECT.The height is just high enough to elevate the feet and lets and take some pressure off the back and legs while sitting in an office chair. It's not too squishy and is actually quite firm, but without being hard enough to cause undue pressure on the feet. One of the benefits of the firmness is that it flips over to the opposite side and acts as a rocking foot rest when using the flat side as the foot platform and the round side on the floor. That mode allows for more dynamic foot placement and movement back and forth. When you truly just want to put your feet up and stay in one place, the rounded side hugs the shape of your foot and gives you a comfy, natural feeling place to rest your feet.The foot rest itself has a soft but textured fabric with small bumps that keep your feet from slipping. Importantly, the cover is removable, so your hubby's stinky feet will be less likely to stain or discolor the fabric over time.Overall - thrilled to come across this foot rest and it has definitely earned a permanent place under hubby's desk!

I am in love with this! I have been on the search for something to rest my feet on under the desk for awhile. I have a standy desk with a higher office chair, the lowest position on the chair is taller than a normal chair. This is the best foot rest I have used to date. Its the perfect height for me and what I needed. It is quality made and I was surprised at how well it is constructed. There are rubber nubs on the outside of the entire cover so using it on either side works great and doesn't move around like another one I have. The pad is firm and feels great to use with bare feet or just socks on and having the cover be removable gives me peace of mind knowing that I can easily clean it. Having the round side down feels great too as you can rock your ankles back and forth if you are at your desk for longer periods of time. Putting your feet on the round side feels great as I am able to stretch my feet around the curve. I can't speak highly enough of this pad, easy five star. If you are looking for something like this I wouldn't hesitate to suggest this one. I am 6' tall and with my tall office chair this has made my desk so much more comfortable when I don't want to stand at the desk. Wonderful product and well worth the money.

Half-cylindar style. Has dotted rubberized fabric so it doesn't slide and it feels great on bare feet. Put it right under my desk. Love it!
