Bought this for my son for his high school graduation and him leaving for boot camp. I wrote a letter about how to have a good compass that will get you far in life. He was very moved and it is something he can have forever.

This has nice weight to it and is good quality. My son loved it but I think he was hoping it was like an old railroad watch instead. Beautiful piece though.

This is probably the cheapest item I’ve ever bought on Amazon. This is no more a compass than a stick in the ground is. Absolute junk would never buy again beware.

It was fantastic arrived on time. It was a birthday present for my son, and he absolutely loved it. It appears to be very durable and the inscription was beautiful. Quality was great.

My son thought it was a pretty cool gift although it's a little cheaply made but it does look nice and the engraving is pretty vibrant and high-def. Not bad for the money I guess
