The idea is great but fitment is a nother story. they say no tools required NO you require a plastic lever to remove the glass , my kit never had one in it Then the seal ridge around the inside was not opened enough to go over the lip. Just little things but important. So only 4 star

Fits like a glove! This fit perfect on my 2012 BMW 650i and you know how hard it is to get aftermarket parts for our car. The cap is very easy to pop off. Simply lift the top lip of your cap with a safe plastic tool remover and with two of your thumbs pry upwards towards you facing the mirror, and it will slide off. When you get your carbon caps you’ll see the clip pattern and it will make sense. Best upgrade ever!!

Got gloss black for my e90 , and let me tell you these look great. Takes some effort to get them to fit around the seam where the OEM caps went but worth the effort as the M3 look turns heads.

These mirror covers went on my 550 very easily to replace the originals that were screwed up from repainting them. Good value for the money. They are not shaped like the original mirrors, as they have a little Spock ear kind of embellishment. The fake carbon weave is fairly convincing. Especially from 4 feet away. I mean $31 for two for two covers that fit the car is a good value. That said I also bought a pair for $60 a piece from another company that are painted black and are the exact original shape. I still haven’t put them on. I’m waiting for some kid to steal these other ones first!
