I chose this item to review: Little Ouchies Pain Fidget, Pain Stim Fidget, Pocket Mini Fidget Toy for Adults,3D Printed Venting Key Pendant, Anxiety Relief Items Pain Stim Bumpy Fidget Novelty Gift Bags for KidsI've never used a fidget device before so this is new to me. It says it causes 'ouchies' so I thought it may help with my chronic pain from an autoimmune disease. When my nerves are shooting pain I run this 'toy' all over the area and it really does help to focus the feelings to the skin instead of the nerves. I'm hoping I can find the best way to ease the pain by how hard or Deep I press this near the nerves. I have a TENS unit and I think it might be the same concept of stimulation on the skin to distract the nerve pain. This is a portable device so it can be brought anywhere and used quickly. It's sparkly and comes with a short hanging chain.Above Average 4 Stars

Spikey sensory balls have become a popular tool in the birth world. As a doula, I try to keep up on the trends and have those tools available for my clients. I came across these, and found that they are even better than the balls. They feel better in your hands, and you can grip them well. They give sensory relief, without being painful. Not only do I use this for my clients, but my autistic daughter also loves these. She uses them often, and it helps to keeps her calm.

This is pretty, but it is also cheap feeling plastic and who knows what is in it. I think it would be ideal to have one with tested safe materials.

Definitely a really cool little fidget toy, and it helps me stay focused and in moments that are a bit more chaotic when my brain is all over the place. If you squeeze it too tightly, it can cause some discomfort, but still in a way that keeps me a bit more grounded. Because of how my brain works when I feel overstimulated, I tend to bite on the inside of my cheeks or pick at my skin, and this definitely takes away the sort of craving I get to do this thing when I feel like life is lifeing too much.I love that it's on a keychain, so it's easy to take with me without being too big or taking up too much space, and the pink to orange color is really pretty.

I love using an acupressure mat, so I was hoping this would replicate the effects. I am pleasantly surprised! This is a hard plastic, as noted in the description that it is 3D printed. I looks like it might be flexible or silicone so be aware this it is not. It is the perfect size to roll between my hands or roll on the bottom of my foot. Hits all the reflexology points. Acupressure mats are known to stimulate the release of endorphins, also known as the feel-good hormone or the body's natural painkiller. It seems to increase my ability to concentrate.I removed the ball chain keychain to use the device and easily threaded it back through the device to attach it to my bag. The one that is described as red is just like the photo where it is two-tone pink and orange. With the shine and the texture, the colors almost look like how a hologram has a waviness to the reflection. I did not deduct a star for the inaccurate label of the color because the photo is correct... and the color looks really cool. I don't think kids would like this, and doesn't really seem like a fidget toy. The name of this item could be reworked to focus in on what the device is actually supposed to do. I don't see ever recommending to a friend the "Little Ouchies Pain Fidget, Pain Stim Fidget, Pocket Mini Fidget Toy for Adults,3D Printed Venting Key Pendant, Anxiety Relief Items Pain Stim Bumpy Fidget Novelty Gift Bags for Kids." But otherwise, I feel like it's worth giving it a try!
