I got this to hang an old 55" TV in the garage for watching YouTube how-to videos while I'm working on my cars. This unit is designed to screw into a single wall stud and provide pan motion when you pull the TV out from flush against the wall. There is a slight tilt ability (12 degrees down, 5 up) which I do appreciate for eliminating glare at certain times of the day when sun shines into the garage. It's advertised to be able to hold up to 88 pounds but I am suspicious of the screws that come with it at that weight, especially if you pull the TV out to pan it. I think no more than 60lbs is a more reasonable upper limit unless you go use some stronger, longer screws. My TV weighs 54 lbs and I'm very confident that it's secure in this mount.Installation is very straightforward and the VESA plate is widely adaptable to various TVs. There are a smattering of screws included to accomplish this, but my old TV still had its screws installed in the back so I just used those and they were fine. It telescopes from the wall plenty far to provide access to all the electronic interfaces on the back of the TV and tend to cabling.There really isn't anything I can think of to complain about except I'd like to see some beefier screws for attaching the mount to the wall for heavier TVs. Even the price is quite reasonable. So far it's been great!

This mount is exactly what I needed. It switches from landscape to portrait effortlessly and the long arm gives plenty of range for swivel and tilt. Feels really sturdy and holds my 55” screen with no issues. Installation was straightforward and the build quality is excellent. Highly recommend for anyone needing a flexible setup.

This is a very nice, sturdy mount. I love having the option to rotate from landscape to portrait and tilt up or down to prevent a glare. The TV doesn't move on its own and mounting was very easy compared to some other mounts. Leveling the TV was easier than with a two stud mount and this takes up much less room behind the TV. Very versatile, functions well, and I feel very safe with my TV being on this mount.
