These are fairly comfortable shorts. When I am standing, they are reasonably modest. When I move, then the shorts ride up, but not enough to expose anything.One aesthetic disagreement I have with these shorts is that they have the cut and stitching for a fly on the front, but there is no fly. It’s just sewed shut, forming a double-layer of cloth in the middle of the front.The pockets are the biggest problem. One good thing about the pockets is that all 3 of them have zippers. The pockets are so deep that my wallet and phone are unlikely to fall out anyway, but I might be moving around unusually energetically. One bad thing about the zippers is that they have a small pull tab, with a narrow string tied to them. This is not especially easy to use.For me, the most annoying aspect is that the side pockets have a panel on the bottom made of a stretchy mesh. The pockets already stick out easily if I’m moving my legs, but the stretchy panel can make my pockets swing around if I have an especially heavy phone in them.

These gym shorts are pretty decent quality - good fabric and stitching, waistband is well done, the drawstring is good quality, the color is great.Unfortunately the size chart is irrelevant to the actual size of the shorts. My waist literally measures 40 inches. I looked at the size chart and ordered an XXL (35 inch waist). I thought they might be a little tight, but was ok with it. Wrong - they are actually too big for me. They aren't so big that I can't wear them, but they are baggy and don't fit well.If you can get them in the right size, I think these are great.

I got the shorts because I needed a pair of workout shorts and I really like the color green that the shorts come in.After getting the shorts and seeing them in person, I can honestly say I am not disappointed. They live up to the look online. They are a beautiful color green, and they have pockets with zippers which I love because it keeps everything from falling out of your pockets when you’re working out Not to mention the material that workout shorts are made out of things tend to slide out of the pockets.They fit me perfectly. The size seems perfectly accurate. I like the length of the shorts it comes above the knee, which I really prefer. All in all a very good find I highly recommend. Getting a pair of these.

Gosh I really can’t say enough about these shorts. They are very light and the quick dry material is perfect, reminds me of some of those high-end workout clothes that big name companies like Reebok and Adidas have. What I mean by that is the dry fit quality on these shorts is very similar which is a major plus.Honestly when I got these I was not sure if I would like the color because traditionally I use a lot of the black and gray colors while at the gym. However wow was I thrilled when I got this plum colored athletic workout shorts. The color is just awesome with any Lighter or darker color shirt that you wear in the gym. I could go on and on about these shorts but all I can say is I love them and they are now my favorite shorts to work out in.You will absolutely love the fact that they are so breathable and they are just so light on the body while working out.

I ordered these shorts in camo. The online photos show a camo pattern that’s black with varying shades of green but the shorts actually have a dull brown background along with green and black. These shorts are neatly stitched and the lightweight, polyester blend fabric (90% polyester & 10% spandex) has minimal stretch. The elastic waistband is 1.5 inches wide with an internal, grey drawstring that’s round. The three, deep pockets have zippers that glide smoothly and all can hold my phone that’s 6.5 x 3.25 inches. The interior of the pockets have mesh fabric at the bottom. I like the notched legs for ease of movement. Machine wash cold and tumble dry low.I ordered these shorts in size medium. They’re 16.25 inches long from the top of the waist band to the hem. The relaxed waist band measurement is 31 inches but stretches to 36 inches. The size chart is referring to the size of the shorts and not body dimensions. Overall, a great pair of shorts with functional, secure pockets.

I have been looking for a good lightweight, comfortable pair of athletic shorts that could also double as board shorts to wear for the pool, lake, river, whatever. I saw these men's shorts and really liked the look of them. Once they arrived, I was first happy that they fit so well, but also that the material will be perfect for wearing either as athletic shorts OR for over a swimsuit in water based activities.The material is a little on the thin side, but I definitely plan on wearing either workout tights/shorts or swim bottoms underneath so I think that will be fine. I haven't tested them in the water yet so I'm hoping they won't somehow become super see-through when they're wet, but I don't think so. Anyway, the shorts themselves are well made and I like the slight upper curve and slit on the sides of the legs. The drawstring is sturdy and works well and the zipper pockets are a great addition for securely holding small items.I am super pleased with these shorts. I love the fit and color and cannot wait to wear them all summer long!

Instantly my husband's favorite! I got these as a surprise since he has workout shorts in an array of black, black, or black. They're not the most fantastic quality, but they're thin without compromising durability, comfortable, and fit true to size. He's happy for a funky pattern to wear to the gym!
