Who knew something this simple was precisely what I needed. I have had a nasty knee injury and my old footstool was completely unusable with the injured limb. So, I went in search of something the physical therapist thought might work. One thing she stressed was "dangling down" position and preferably a way to rest my calf, not my knee, on the stool. I chose this quite literally due to a photograph on the seller's page. It is PERFECT for my knee, but....it's also great for my spine. It makes me sit properly, I suppose, but it's relaxing.Once I got it out of the box (ready to go straight out of the box), I moved the foot pieces and tried all the arrangements. There are so many ways to use this that were not shown when I ordered it. I just got home from therapy and that's when my knee begins to tighten back up again, so I tried it. Straightaway, I found several good positions for me.It's built solidly, but it's not "squishy" at the feet, so don't expect "pillow top." That said, I've tried it with shoes and no shoes, and it's still comfortable. Time will tell on durability, but it feels solidly built. It feels good for comfort and posture. You cannot adjust height, which is fine by me, but if you're really short or have more than my 32" inseam leg length, you may wish you had adjustability.

I’ve used quite a few footrests over the years, but this one stands out for its solid build and versatility. It came ready to use right out of the box, which I really appreciated — no assembly required. The dual-level design is clever; I can easily switch between resting my feet or using the upper level for calf support, depending on how I’m sitting that day.The tilt adjustments add another layer of comfort, allowing me to keep my legs moving slightly even when sitting for long periods. I also like the textured surface — it provides a gentle massage feel without being distracting. The footrest stays firmly in place, and its compact design fits neatly under my desk. While it would be great if the height were adjustable, I’ve still found it to be a big improvement for my posture and overall comfort at my desk. If you spend long hours seated, this is well worth considering.

How comfortable this is depends on a few factors- how tall/short are you, how high/low the table is, and how much forward space you have underneath the table. The two level foot support is actually great, it tilts, that's all it does which is great but because the height is fixed, there's not much room to adjust it if the factors I mentioned earlier are limited. I tried using it with the calf rest but I felt more uncomfortable as it's putting pressure on my calf too much. I cannot change the angle because there's less space under the table. Using the lower support first for my feet is better but I tend not to use the calf rest, it is just a foot rest. Has rubber feet so slip resistant, protective on floors also. It's sturdy, not lightweight. Easy to clean. For the price, it should offer more customization.

Okay, let me just say - l've tried a lot of footrests over the years. Being 5'4", most of them were either too high, too flat, or slid around like crazy every time I shifted in my chair. But the Duorest EZFoot? Total game changer. It came fully assembled (thank you, Duorest!), and what really impressed me was how versatile it is. You can flip it forward or backward depending on your posture - and it actually stays put, thanks to the non-slip bumps and sturdy steel frame. The dual-level design is honestly brilliant. I use the upper tier as a calf support, which completely stops my chair from rolling away every time I lean forward. If you're like me and tend to fidget while working, the tilting motion (up to +18° and down to -48°!) and footplate rotation let you keep your feet active without losing focus. And those raised bumps? Surprisingly satisfying. It's like a subtle foot massage while I'm deep in a spreadsheet. What I love most:1. Arrives fully assembled and ready to go2. Works in both directions - great for adjusting posture3. Smooth tilting and foot movement that keeps me focused4. Calf support keeps my chair from sliding away5. Looks clean and compact under my deskSure, it's a little more expensive than your average footrest, but honestly? Totally worth it.I'm already thinking about getting another for my home office. If you sit at a desk all day — especially if you're on the shorter side or deal with lower back fatigue - do yourself a favor. This thing makes a real difference.
