I’m giving this 3 stars due to issues with comfort and also design of this car neck rest pillow. While the memory foam cushion for the back of your neck is soft, it’s almost too soft and doesn’t provide enough support. It compresses way too easily compared to standard memory foam and just feels like your neck is pushing against gel. The fabric covering on the outside is not very breathable either, so it will warm up the cushion cover and next thing you know the back of your neck will be stuck to the cushion due to all the sweat from how toasty it gets.The installation is a little cumbersome and the utility of the phone holder on the back of the car pillow is weird. I had a friend try it out and every time they messed with their phone while attached I could dowel them poking and tapping the screen. Even worse was when the phone received a call on vibrate.Overall it will work for short periods of time and does serve its purpose, but it could be designed a lot better and use better materials for the cushion.
