works perfect for an exterior to back house garage door. installed hydraulics on the inside warm side of door. set to close strong but no noise slamming which was the main problem without some resistance.... installed about a year ago.

This item is a good value, smooth and sturdy, apparently well constructed (for the money!), but the printed instructions that come with it are very difficult to follow. I'm familiar with translation issues, spelling errors, typographical errors, syntax and other academic differences between eastern and western cultures, but this one is almost comic. It seems that in today's global economy it would be easy to find a capable technical writer for translating installation instructions for unambiguous understanding. That said, once I understood the gist of the installation, it was easy to install.
