The puzzle is adorable and we think our granddaughter will definitely enjoy it. I ran into a slight problem with what I assume were faulty batteries. I contacted the seller and explained my problem. On Amazon's website they posted it could take a couple of days to hear from them. It was a matter of hours! After suggesting I try a couple of different ideas and me contacting them again and then again only a matter of hours we resolved the issue. I will be receiving a replacement that quickly. I love the puzzle and the customer service!!!!

Small speaker doesn’t play the nursery rhyme as advertised. Static and does start the song but then becomes inaudible and cuts off. There is a tiny battery in it. Just need to see if a new battery solves the issue. Very disappointing for grandsons.

This is a second puzzle we have of the same kind, and would get other ones if we find them! It is such a great way to add more fun to a puzzle for little kids and toddlers! My toddler loves pushing the button and listening to the song. Highly recommended!

This puzzle had very sturdy pieces due you children.It was easy to show how the pieces belonged together.My grandson is turning 3 shortly and really enjoyed doing it together. And his favorite was it played the sing “Old MacDonald!”

My granddaughter, who just turned 4, has two other puzzles like this and absolutely loves them! The pieces are big enough to handle and are thick enough that when put together, they lay nice and flat. The best part of all is the Sing-A-Long songs of each puzzle! These puzzles keep her so entertained. I would definitely buy one of these for a birthday or Christmas present for another little child. She has to wait for Christmas for this one! It's also a learning tool. It's the alphabet. Also, great deal for the price!!

I gave this four stars do to the fact the puzzle doesn’t sing the entire song only the first line. Puzzle was great otherwise and my 3 year old daughter loves it.

It is the best ABC Learning Jigsaw Puzzle in the market.It is labeled on the box "Ages 3 - 8". The Puzzle is equipped with an device playing ABC... Song. The switch has 3 positions: "OFF" in the middle, short song in one side labeled "SS", and full song on the other position. Battery cover is secured with a steel screw and it is safe for use "Age 3 - 8".For each Puzzle there is a LETTER with a specific color, illustrated with two pictures of the things that starts with the specific letter. For example the letter "E" is illustrated with an Elephant, and an egg. This is not only an ABC learning Puzzle, but it is an intellectual learning Puzzle, because using this Jigsaw Puzzle the Kid learns capital letters and meantime colors, and name and meaning of many things. This has to be used under the supervision of an adult. With the help of an adult, after the kid choose the puzzle with the letter Z he insert the round shape song player at the round shape hole of this puzzle. Now the kid has 3 choices: picking up the Blue Color letter "T" illustrated with a Tiger and a Tree, or the Yellow Color letter "Y" illustrated with an Yarn and Yo-yo, or the Orange Color letter "S" illustrated with a Seal and a Sea Shell. More the Kid complete the Puzzle more options he has, but he has to select the right letter based on the template on the Box of the Package. The Kid cannot cheat but only learn. The song is a bonus that the kid plays as a bonus after the puzzle was completed.I tried for some time the "Melissa & Doug Jumbo ABC Wooden Chunky Puzzle (26 pcs)" but my grandson lost the interest. He was able to put all wooden letters to the holes matching the holes with the wooden pcs. without any connection with the meaning. Asked why he rejected the "Melissa & Doug Jumbo ABC Wooden Chunky Puzzle (26 pcs)" my 4 years old grandson answered: "Easy to Match, Nothing to learn"My grandson uses the Tablet and is advanced with numbers using application as "Match the Numbers", "Count the Flowers", "Bigger or Smaller", he is able to count up to 100, and add or subtract under 10. But he was behind with the letters because we couldn't find the right application or educational toy. With the Master Pieces Alphabet Song Sing-A-Long Sound my grandson learned the capital letters in 2 weeks and now we are creating words with magnetic letters.Thank You Master Pieces Alphabet Song Sing-A-Long Sound .
