This is the Matman Youth 12Y Hair Cap. It is sanctioned for competition and attaches to the earguard. It is made of Lycra material and can be worn inside or outside of the earguard. It has a nice snug elastic fit. For ages 10 and under.

Bought this for my daughter and it’s tiny. My 6yr old could barely get it on. And the straps for head gear don’t line up with any of the 4 different styles we have. Would not recommend this one.

My kid (age 5) has longish hair that he won’t put in a ponytail. This barely covers it, and it’s difficult to get the straps through it, but he likes this one better than the adidas one. If your kid has very long or thick hair or dreads this won’t work.

The material seems to be quality however the youth size doesn’t fit my 7 year old 64lb child. It’s too small. It stretches over her shoulder length hair when it’s pulled up but then comes off even with her just walking around.
