I've used "black diamond" and others. I thought thr Black Diamond was great, but just had to deal with the more than occasional breakage. However, this MAX POWER stuff is the best trimmer line in have ever used. I go through very thing grass, weeds, smaller black berry vines, all without an issue. I still have a lot of the black diamond stuff, dont want it to go to waste, but kinda dread using it after the max power due to the breakage.

I rarely leave reviews, and even more rarely a negative review. I like to use the .105 size for it's durability, however, this brand will split and fray, leaving wispy plastic ends that do not cut,

I've gone through 5 or 6 brands and this is the best for doing tough edging so you don't have to constantly respool it. I doubt I will use anything but this from now on.
