It's nothing but a crocheted headband with multiple pieces of black yarn hanging from it. For this reason, be prepared to sweat while wearing it. The yarn also comes apart as the hanging portions work their way out. If you don't pay attention, they will come out completely. You have to grab them and pull to snug them back up and make sure all of the dreads remain the same length.
