The only thing that works about this costume is the shirt and the whistle. The shirt is true to size. The pants look like they should be inflatable. My husband looks ridiculous. He’s an XL top and 32X32 pants. These pants are nothing like the photos in the product description. They are kind of a faded black color, and are silky. He’ll wear his own black pants instead. They are like those gaucho capris chicks wore in the 2000’s (the costume pants, not my husband’s). The hat is huge. It’s adjustable, but all that does is just tighten it on the head. It also looks like it’s waiting to be inflated. He wears hats everyday and has a very average head.
