The bowl gasket was a fit, float, and the screws for it, however the needle jet, washers, and upper gasket were not.Note I have a Mercury 2016 9.9 hp.

99 and up is not correct. I have a 2013 Mercury 9.9 and this is not the correct kit. Wasted my money.
