The XXL box I recieved does not include the HEPA filter as described. Wrong box? Was it supposed to be sent separately? Or is this a switcheroo?Buyer beware.

Warning: Miele sells 2 versions of the XXL Performance Pack with GN vacuum bags. They both have the SAME vacuumed cleaner bags, but have DIFFERENT HEPA filters. See picture attached to this review. The top one is what I got from my last order from Amazon: the pack with the HA30 HEPA filter. The bottom is the other version (the proper version for me) with the HA50 HEPA filter. See in the picture the compatible models.The problem with this Amazon listing is that it is incoherent: on the one hand it lists HA50 as the HEPA filter included and the pictures show the HA50 kits (you can see the “blue rectangle on top has 2 columns with 2 lines). On the other hand it lists that the compatible models are the ones needing HA30.In short: this Amazon listing is incoherent and you may get EITHER of the versions.UPDATE: increased from 3 to 4 stars as a pattern has emerged. I have now received twice the right kit (for me) HA-50 by making sure I order from Amazon as vendor. And I got the wrong one (HA-30) when ordering from 3rd party on the same listing.

they are bags for the vacuum, they hold plenty of dirt and are easy to install and remove

These bags work great as expected from Miele. The included filter in this package is perfect to keep the performance at it’s peak and should be replaced after 10 to 12 bags of cleaning.

I’m glad I decided to purchase this pack despite the earlier review stating that there are no filters included. I contacted Miele directly to verify the contents and they responded that it does include filters so I took a chance, making sure that the seller was Amazon and not a third party. The box I got included everything as described, filters plus bags. Thumbs up!

These performance packs no longer include the (4) motor filters. I am very disappointed in Miele for trying to nickel and dime customer who purchased their premium vacuums for many hundreds of dollars! Miele's own website says that (4) motor compartment filters are included, but that is not the case in the shipments of these packs. I have now verified with 2 other retailers, that their stock of these packs also no longer includes the filters. So now, we (the fools who spent 1k on a vacuum) have to spend additional money, because the "annual maintenance pack" does not include a small, but very necessary maintenance item.
