Gentlemen. There is one large seem right down front center which causes a bit of uncomfortable rubbing on the mushroom head. Working out is fine but walking and running tends to be uncomfortable.

Not sure what it is exactly but I’ve always really liked workout pants that have any kind of compression to them underneath. I also like having workout shorts that I can put my keys and my phone in when I’m walking afterwards, so these shorts fit pretty much everything I need. The comfort level is perfect for me, the quality is not just as good as any other workout shorts I have I actually think they are better. It will take something crazy to ruin these shorts and I love the look and the color of the green compression mixed with the black shorts, it’s just a great match for me and it’s a complete five star review across the board on these shorts. If you’re thinking about getting them get them and you will love them I promise.

I’m a huge fan of Mier. Their clothing is incredibly affordable, fits well, and feels great. I was excited to try their shorts and was not disappointed. They are slightly more expensive, but that’s because the quality is great. It’s an upgrade from their other shorts that I ordered. Even though the overall quality of these shorts has improved, they are still very affordable compared to other name brands. I highly recommend these shorts. The fit and feel are just outstanding. They allow me to move freely when working out, and I love the look. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that they have a pocket for runners who want to take their phones. My iPhone 16 Pro Max fits perfectly with no issues.

These are breathable and comfortable shorts when weight training. I appreciate the pockets and the fit. They ran a little big, but I will be getting another couple pairs in a size smaller.

These are good shorts for exercise. The built in liner is nice. And the zip pockets are useful too.

These are quite short but fit well and the compression liner is really nice. I like the liner the best, and it's not too long like some others I've had. The shorts themselves are light weight and the cut is flattering to my body shape. They seem well made.
