Product came without the handle there was nothing in the advertisement to suggest that a handle was not included total rip off and misrepresentation. I did not receive what was on the picture. It was the picture of the device minus the handle.

Was very easy to install. The only things of note was that the handle has a tiny wobble but is not loose, and it does not include the key stop which should be mentioned. Otherwise, the install was quick and the handle very elegant.

Great option if you are replacing your old shower handle because it looks beat up, or because the handle keeps coming loose after so many years. If you have an early 1990's handle, the limiter is metal while this replacement has a plastic equivalent. Don't panic, just unscrew the old metal limiter and install this new plastic one, then put the new handle on. Kit includes an allen wrench for this handle because sizes can be different between the old and this new unit.

There was not a problem with the actual product. It was exactly as it was described. It just didn't fit my faucet. This was not the seller's fault.

My old Moen handle was a two-piece unit that broke when the Allen screw came loose and it fell to the tile floor. This single piece unit fit in and the plastic back piece works better to stop the handle from spinning all around. Looks great and costs less than the two-piece replacement. Very happy!
