I just got the ML Duo to connect to a JBL Go 4 and Clip % in Recieve mode! To date I cannot get this device and its transmitter companion in my windows product to reliably connect to anything in transmit mode.Tried audio in/out jack as well. The Duo will not connect to the JBL go4 or JBL clip 5 in any transmit mode. The Assitant app at the Apple Store just sits dead when using. On my iPhone 12 or my wife’s iPhone 14. I don’t think Auracast or any of the low power/BT LE components are ready for prime time. They are not plug and play yet. While I cannot say what is at fault (there is a lot of choices here) I can say a BT dongle should just attach to a BT device in BT mode. Not happening here.

Easy to setup, but audio quality is very poor - with intermittent sync audio issues on the L and R channels. If there is no response from Moer will return the unit.

Contacted customer support and was told to read package directions. Sorry, but l find that insulting. I'll try to return.Still haven't got it to work.Waited to long to return.Update!With new hearing aids and the new software, it is working.
