Product design is elegent but I can not ready to pay $860 just to have good design. This watch only stay for 5 hours with battery. Customer expect atlest 15 hour with such price.

I really loved the idea of this watch. A dress watch when you want it to be and, with the change of the band, a sports watch. And, while I love the look of the watch on my wrist, I'm disappointed in the feel of the stainless steel watchband. For $795, I expected something the stainless steel band to be heavier/more sturdy. Instead it feels light and cheap. I also didn't realize that I wasn't able to take calls on the watch; I could only see who's calling on the watch and have to take the call on my phone (unless there is a setting that I am unaware of)

I'm fairly new to smart watches, but have one I love (despite a few shortcomings, like battery life and inconsistent updates for heart rate). Like this one, it runs Wear OS, so what it does is pretty similar. If you're a fan of super high-end men's watches, you might like this one. After all, it has the Movado name, which is the only reason I can figure for the extortionate price. And if you don't mind that it is super heavy (though admittedly stainless steel), you might like the fact that the graphics are clear and crisp. It paired easily with my Galaxy S8.But is it worth $800? Not in my book! It performs all the functions that my other watch does, through Wear OS, but as another reviewer pointed out, the charger is super annoying, as it has to be oriented just right with the pins aligned in order to work, and that's sometimes easier said than done, with the band getting in the way of the charger cable. (My other watch's charger just attaches via magnet and goes to work regardless of orientation.) It appears to have only a couple of fairly ordinary, albeit attractive, watch face options. I didn't download the Movado app, so perhaps I'm missing something, but the 1.9 stars in Play Store didn't really inspire confidence.I've seen as much as I need to of this watch, which is a disappointment for the things that matter to me. For the price, you could buy several others that work as well and probably don't weigh as much as a shackle.

Got this for my boyfriend for the holidays, our anniversary, his birthday, and Christmas are all with in the same week. I wanted to get him something stunning that would fit his new job. He wears suits everyday, and works in an extremely professional environment. This watch looked like it would take his wardrobe to a new level. Now packaging, it's just like any other smartwatch. Nothing new in this department. Which is disappointing, I expected more for the price tag.The watch, is beautifully crafted, and designed. Definitely heavy, and high quality, the internals are pretty standard in the industry, and the band is luxurious. Very heavy duty watch, both in design and heft.Dissatisfied with the charging component, its bad... it's a prong set up, but it's much more difficult to charge. It doesn't just have to be on the watch, it has to be in the perfect position to charge. The prongs must line up, and the charger doesn't have a prong setup fully around the charger. The charge was fast, but it is very difficult to get to that point. With this watch the band also gets in the way. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE PAIN TO CHARGE.Great software, google is my go to, compatible with so many phones. And they dont limit to there own brand. The Google app works well and fast. But the app specifically designed for this watch... a complete flop. The star rating in the store is a 1 star average. Out of 2000 reviews the standard is a 1. And I agree. Horrible app, but thankfully you dont need it to use the watch. The marketing is a bit misleading, the blue, smokey watch face, both featured on the box and in many photos is not available. Or at least it is not accessible. I only see 4 faces when the app is opened.Overall this price is outrageous, I would not see this product go for more than $500. Its premium but it has alot of flaws. And for this price I could buy a nice used Rolex watch. Or I could buy a new phone and a smartwatch to replace this single product. Packaging and presentation could have been better, the watch was loose in the box, damage is very possible. The watch looks amazing and functions well, but charging is unacceptable, with the connection it's not well executed.Dont get me wrong it's a nice statement piece but, I wouldn't be a buyer if I saw this in a store with its flaws. I could buy a watch that does the same thing for far cheaper, luxury brand or not, the quality of the electronic build just isnt well thought out.
