Not sure if anyone has a similar problem, but I've got a retention pond that takes a while to dry out enough to mow so I'm always plowing through wildlife hiding in the tall grass. Had to upgrade to a triple blade 60" Bad Boy and run it wide open just to cut through the turtle shells without bogging down, but after installing the mulch kit I got for Christmas everything up to and including baby deer just kind of bounce around inside the deck and flatten the grass down preventing me from a good cut. I picked up a set of these blades thinking the hi lift would help keep the meaty bits up and out of the way of the grass to limit the number of passes and so far so good. They're a little thinner than my old ones so I'm not sure how they're going to stand up to something like an armadillo but for the price point I figure it's worth the gamble.
