Disappointed. For the price, thought I was purchasing a new hat. Received it and found the batteries were inside and no cover over the battery compartment. Clearly this was used and/or a return. The wrap was sealed.

We got this for our 5 year old but I was worried it would fall off. It has a Velcro strap in back so you can tighten it and it will stay on his head during the shenanigans. It’s so cute and incredibly funny. We had a lot of fun with this!
