I got this for my border collie, who has ~14" neck. I was concerned when it arrived since it looked small, but fits him perfectly on the largest snap. The silky material is nice and will let him be dressed up for our rehearsal dinner. Also, unlike the other one I had gotten for him, this actually stays smooth on his neck so you can read it.
