I like this album crate as it is easy to construct, it's sturdy and compact and doesn't get too heavy once filled. I like being able to label the crate with chalk to mark what is in it, either music genre or alphabetical.

Quick shipping, well packaged but seems a little flimsy. Only time will tell as it gets moved around a room with albums in it.

Got this to hold my recently played and/or acquired records before they go into a larger shelving unit. Easy to put together, inexpensive and sturdy. This replaced a plastic milk crate that was damaging some of my records when fully loaded.

I have thus far bought four of these crates. They are just heavy enough to hold records without being too heavy duty like the old “peaches crates”. The peaches crates are tough to beat but very high now and they are heavy to lift with a full crate of vinyl…nearly $80 a piece on eBay. These go together quick and look fine around my HiFi equipment.

I was pleasantly surprised. It’s good quality of wood. The Clark board is a nice look to it. My only slight problem is the holes for the screws didn’t line flush. I used a drill on a low torque to put it together. Other than that it’s great

Seemed like a good idea at the time of purchase but when it arrived i could barely get the thing together. I work with tools daily at my job... and trying to screw these screws into the "holes" provided was a challenge (i say "holes" because they were only about 2mm deep)! Ultimately i got it together and it's exactly what the images show, though a little bulkier than i expected. I'd also suggest sanding it down a little + putting a varnish on it, as it's that cheap wood that splinters easily. Overall it's a good, simple product just lazy manufacturing.
