I bought this because I needed it to arrive at a specific time. After installation and driving it maybe 100 miles, there’s this weird rattling sound. At first I thought maybe it’s the heat shield so I went down there and even removed certain ones I thought was making the sound. It’s still there. It happens around 2600-2900rpm during acceleration, but not at decel. It’s a distinct rattle, more like a resonance, like something is hollow metal. Only thing I can think of now is the cat itself. Maybe it’ll go away after a few thousand miles? I’m hoping so. Not hard to replace but also don’t want to replace it again.

Rusty pipe, metal donut gasket was the wrong one. I brought the pipe to a repair shop and they said the gasket was incorrect.
