This is the perfect size of nibbi for a predator 212. I've tried lots of nibbi carbs and this one is definitely dialed in in terms of size for a 6.5 hp engine. I love how easy it is to change the jets and adjust everything. I am running a 130 jet since I am at 5500 ft and running a high flow exhaust and it runs nice and smooth. It didn't come with that jet, but I had one from an old Chikuni I was running that fit perfectly. You can get a full kit of every available size jet for about $9 and they all seem to fit these nibbis just right. That's another bonus. You really can't get a better idle than a nibbi out of any other carb brand. Not even the high dollar mikunis, in my opinion. It starts right up and idles like a dream. These are an excellent addition to your mini bike or gokart and you will get years and years of performance out of them with minimal tinkering.

Easy 5 star. Would give 10 stars if that were an option.Nibbi makes some of the nicest carbs I've ever seen. This is not some super cheap pot metal crap. The machining, finish, and functionality of these carbs (when installed and tuned correctly) is all exceptional. The quality is very evident when you pull this out of the box and inspect everything.10/10 recommend 100%.

Very nice and functioning carburetor. The quality is top notch and works flawlessly right out of the box. Throttle is smooth and responsive with minimal sluggish feel. Adjustments at easy to make if needed.

I was sent this carb and happened to have a competitors carb on hand to do some side by side comparison.Packaging - The Nibbi carb comes with everything bagged/boxed up separately in nice packaging with stickers (Woooooo stickers!). The "competitor" shows up with everything just tossed in bags with no care to protect the product in transit. In fact it had a scratch on the anodized top cap which I'm not sure if it was poor packaging or poor QC.Air filter - Nibbi wins by a landslide. The Nibbi filter is larger, free of restrictions, and fits up well. The competitors air filter has a massive restriction, is way too large for the carb so you have to crank down on the hose clamp, and just feels like cheap junk.Intake manifold - Nibbi takes a slight edge on quality. Both pieces are machined and finished pretty nice with the Nibbi feeling just a little bit heavier and higher quality in the hand. The Nibbi design however is much much better utilizing a thick silicone coupler vs direct bolt on to reduce vibration to the carburetor. The carburetor - Getting these two together in person tells the story much more than seeing the photos online. Nibbi once again takes the edge on the finish. The competitor carb parts are just normal powdercoat while the Nibbi feels even more durable like a cerakote or similar. The adjustments (idle screw, choke, etc) feel solid and smooth on both carbs.Summary - It's pretty apparent the competitor carbs are a case of "Hey Nibbi can I copy your homework". They were pretty successful in some areas and a complete failure in others. Considering the price difference between the authentic Nibbi and other similar carbs it's a no brainer to pay a couple bucks more and get the authentic Nibbi. By the time you pay for an air filter that isn't complete junk for the competitor it's about the same cost anyways and you're left with an inferior carb.

Nibbi has been a go-to for me for many years now and I'm always impressed with the quality of their products. This is an entire carb kit that includes everything you would need if you wanted to do a ZS190/212 swap on a Grom like I am doing. If you're anything like me and enjoy tinkering with small engines I'd highly recommend trying out Nibbi for a future project.

Decent starter kit but I would like to have more pilot and main jets over the brands stickers included. Companies should pay riders and drivers for promoting their products, stop giving them free advertising by placing stickers and license plate covers on your vehicles.Add a 38 and 42 pilot jets along with the 35 and 40 already supplied. Then give the whole range from 100 to 115 for the main jets. With those supplied jets it would cover almost every predator 212 engine build, altitude, and temperature combo I could think of.With my current predator 212 build, I needed a 40 pilot and a 112 main at 6,000 feet altitude and a decently modified engine... needle clip is in the middle, air screw is around 3/4 to a full turn counter-clockwise... based on the air screw I could probably go up to a 42 pilot if I ever get around to buying one.
