Before I finalize a necklace design (knotting on silk thread), I like to string the beads/pendant on elastic cord and test-drive it to see if I'm satisfied with the design. I recently received some nice older beads whose hole was too small for my usual elastic cord, and this cord from Amazon threaded the beads without any problem. Perfect!
