I am surprised at the beautiful quality of this shelf. I was a afraid of this arriving and looking bad after seeing reviews, but it is well made. The angles are straight, the edges are smooth, the piece is solid, and the wood quality/stain is lovely.

What I was looking for but ... Very very very delicate. Many of the decorative pieces broke off while I (50yo) was carefully positioning small antique dolls on it. Given other feedback maybe this was faulty. Had needed to use it, but would have traded it in if I could have for a sturdier version.

This is a delightful little what not shelf. It is well made and finished. A piece of the scroll detail was missing from the center lower shelf. I think it never was added. There were no breaks in the construction. Even with that flaw the unit is quite nice. It is a table top piece and quite delicate. Tiny objects display well on this unit.

Such a pretty display rack. One of the outer legs had broken slightly in shipping but I was able to fix it easily enough. Great for my little pewter and glass oriental dragons.
