The jeans were cute and fit well in the butt, but were not high-rise up to the belly button as shown on model, giving me the dreaded muffin top. I'm sure they would look great on someone with a leaner torso. They were also a little shorter on me that the picture shows. Will be returning.

I have been looking for shorts for a while. This is the first pair of short jeans that are incredibly flattering. I love that they are long from the back and short from the front. They are comfortable and look cute with any top. They are true to size. These have become my favorite shorts. Highly recommend them!

If these would have cost $5-$10 I wouldn’t have been so disappointed. But $35 ?! No way. Nothing like the pic. Extremely thin material. Idk what the other girls got in the review pics but mine were nothing like those. Those were super cute. These were not at all. Very disappointed and returned. Return was fast and simple at least.

I bought these after falling in love with this brands regular denim shorts (they are my favorite pair of jean shorts ever). I was disappointed that this color was way too small, to the point that I could barely button them.

When I say I hate shorts..I despise them. I can never find a pair that are cute, mom approved, comfortable, etc. These are THE BEST. I can bend over in them without feeling like a tramp, they're truly comfortable, they're cute and trendy but not try hard. I get so many compliments on them. They have some stretch. I could go on and on. Obsessed.

Saw a lot of reviews saying to size up (Amazon also recommended it runs small based on returns) but I actually think I could've sized down. I'm a true size 10 in jeans and shorts and was kind of worried how these would fit, but figured that the worse case scenario is I'd just return them if they didn't work out. Thankfully they did and they had a bit of room too!Would've been 5 stars but took one off because they do stretch as the day goes so they got much looser than I anticipated. Still so comfortable though and they don't look bad. Also, the strings on the hem seemed too long to me so I did trim them down. Wasn't anything too drastic and I actually like the look more now.I'm pretty pleased over all and received a lot of compliments when I first wore them. For reference: I'm a little over 5'3, 145lbs and with a 29/30 waist, I'll wear size M or L in bottoms depending on how fitted or loose I want them.

I'm from Canada and I would have kept my reg size to have these jeans look loose. Also another commenter was right; the back panels flared weirdly so I just chopped them shorter as the back is longer so I had material to spare. I also trimmed the hanging frayed pieces in the front for a more stream-lined look. All in all? Jeans are great quality and will be my new go to! (I will also purchase my typical size to see if they feel and look better.)Hope this helps.
