The chimney is identical to the one I have on lamp currently, hence this will be a perfect spare as they do get broken now and then. The chimney top design adds a bit of strength to the chimney as it is a bit thicker, nice decorative touch. As far as the hand blown design, I couldn't tell the difference between this one and my current one, same glass thickness and clarity. Maybe my current one is hand blown also, no clue. It will be a perfect fit and match to many of my lamps.

One of my old hurricane lamp sconces (of a pair I inherited) had cracked a while back, so I had to order a replacement in order to use the one lamp again during power outages. The Oil Lamp Chimney Replacement with a 3 inch base arrived, and it turned out to be a perfect fit,This Clear Hurricane Lamp Glass Shade came perfectly package with soft styrofoam at the top and bottom of the sconce, keeping the edges from being damaged in shipping. There was not a nick on it. The beading at the top of the curved shade is also a perfect match to my other lamp.I’m very happy I found such a perfect replacement for my hurricane lamp.
