These are super cute. I definitely wouldn’t recommend for someone with thick calves. They won’t work. But they can be worn with boots or regular shoes..heels or flats..too adorable. Not cheesy looking either. They are fitted at the top then looser at the foot and ankle.

These leg warmers look nice enough but I’m not sure whose legs they are supposed to fit. I bought for my 11 year old (5’4”, average build) for a costume and they barely pull past her calf. She is wearing them upside down because they are so tight. She seems happy enough to do that but I just want to warn any adult woman who wants these to fit properly. You may need to cut the top elastic to pull them up.
