This swing is way to flimsy for the money. And it arrived with dents and the paint has scratches. Poles are too wobbly. And no customer service help at all. I have been waiting a week and a half and I have called 4 times to this company, and no one has called.EDIT: Here we are almost 3 weeks later and still no help !!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY

Listen to the reviews! Don't be like me. I had faith but in the middle of assembling it I noticed the poor quality in the frame. Stuff was already falling apart before assembly's. Don't buy it!!!! Not worth the money $600 gone down the drain

Was super excited to get home to my package, once I start taking it apart to build, I’m literally missing half of the pieces. Like come on now. Super upsetting

In a prior review, I commented on delivery problems. This was not the fault of the seller.I contacted the seller and they went above and beyond to solve the delivery problem.Great product!

Good swing, I like it. But it makes a loud squeaking sound with every swing. :-(

I love the gazebo swing but during installation, some bolts holes were too small for the bolts and it is very difficult to build it square so that the anchors can both be used to lock the swing. Also, the back of the swing doesn't sit straight up so you are always leaning back. The pillows help but the fabric is slippery so the pillows slide. Otherwise, it is nice.
