Bought for Fathers Day and was disappointed (June 2023)Came with missing parts (armrests) . The company said they would send entire swing set again but had to wait for awhile... Then the website states it holds up to 660 lbs but the instructions inside said max weight for each swing is 200 lbs. Does Not appear very sturdy but again I don't have all the parts and I am not sure if they will come before summers end :(

I purchased this swing set for the backyard it's sturdy but cheap at the same time. I have cracks in the woods here and there, we shall see how long this swing set will last. And I also use teak oil to treated. CUTEEE THO 🤷♀️

Unpacked the boxes did a complete inventory, everything was there and well packed. Assembly went well, with the pictorial instructions and some commen sence it took me about two and a half hours by myself to assemble it. I would rebuy or recommend this swing to family. Not made for larger people but perfect for us.

Beware that this is a Chinese product sold under different names by different people. I found the best price here. I'm betting the origin is alibaba or equivalent. Having said that, the first thing we did was to polyurethane all the wood, then assemble it with the horrible instructions. Packaging was poor as there were loose screws all over the box. Fortunately all parts were included. Took some ingenuity to figure out how to apply the cross pieces. I am giving it 5 stars because I believe it is worth the money and should be easy to clean with a hose now that it is polyurethaned. I assume that if this were made in America it would be higher quality and much more expensive. I am concerned a bit about the wood and especially the hardware as my experience with Chinese "metals" have been less than stellar. So far so good.

This is a very attractive swing. One of the back rest supports was cracked. These folks sent an entire back rest assembly. Great customer service. Will buy from them again.

Very confusing instructions; nothing separated out - a bunch of screws rustling around in one of the boxes and missing several. And were supposed to differentiate between screws that are 85 mm; 100mm; 120 mm; 140mm and 280 mm. 😱. It was very crazy -and we have 4 wooden pieces left over! So no more put-together-yourself-from-China pieces! But it LOOKS good!
